Shipping policy

At Preserved Peel, we work hard to ensure your order arrives fresh, intact, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be extended slightly.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping is free

  • Express rates can be added at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

  • You will see available shipping options and pricing before completing your purchase.

  • Standard delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


 Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (where available via carriers)

Note: We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the U.S., please check back or contact us for updates.


 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


Perishable Product Notice

Our products are carefully packaged for safe transit, but please:

  • Retrieve your package promptly upon delivery

  • Store products as instructed on the packaging
    Preserved Peel is not liable for spoilage due to delivery delays, missed deliveries, or improper handling after delivery.


 Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

  • Weather-related delays

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen events


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the estimated delivery date.

  • Email support@preservedpeel.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damaged package.

We’ll work with you to investigate the issue and offer a suitable solution (e.g., replacement or refund).
