Preserved Peel was born from a passion for food, creativity, and the details that transform a simple moment into an experience.

Our founder is a graduate of ITHQ, Canada’s most prestigious culinary institutions, where she developed a strong background in fine dining, rooted in precision, discipline, and High Standards.

Following her training, she discovered a deep passion for molecular gastronomy. Understanding how food and science work so intricately to create something beautiful.

After her training she traveled the world, working in refined establishments and immersing herself in diverse culinary environments.

In fine dining, every element is intentional.
The tools, the technique, the presentation, each plays a role in the final experience.

The Realization

After more than 15+ years in the hospitality industry, a gap became clear.

While chefs are equipped with the tools to create, innovate, and plate with precision, bartenders and mixologists are often left without the same level of support when it comes to presentation.
