PRESERVED PEEL – REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

This policy explains shipping terms, delivery expectations, and refund eligibility for Preserved Peel products.

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframe shown at checkout.

Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions.


SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Customs delays, inspections, or seizures (for international orders)

DELIVERY COMPLETION

An order is considered delivered once the carrier marks it as “delivered” to the shipping address provided at checkout.

At that point, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.


RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.


REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products (food-based, shelf-stable consumables), all sales are final.

We do not accept returns.


ELIGIBLE CLAIMS

We may issue a replacement or refund only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The incorrect product was shipped
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Photo evidence is provided

NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect storage after delivery
  • Carrier delays after shipment
  • Stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality

ABUSE PREVENTION

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if abuse, fraud, or excessive claims are suspected.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct shipping information
  • Receiving packages at the delivery address
  • Following proper storage instructions
  • Reviewing product details before purchase

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first before initiating any chargeback.

We reserve the right to:

  • dispute unauthorized chargebacks
  • provide proof of shipment and delivery
  • restrict future purchases for abusive behavior
  • recover fees associated with fraudulent disputes where permitted
